Post by hot-chili »

would the following be achievable ?

could a add on interface be built that could connect the ultimate up to a LAN where it had a integral web server so the ultimate could be controlled via web ?

Please advise

I have also a wish.

I find it hard to use Lumidesk with live music (like a Band).
Normally i program the movements, color, dimmers, and so on in a different cuelist.
Now i found it hard to switch all the cue's at one time.

So my idea is to add a "go" button. first you select all the cue's you want to activate, but nothing happens, (the cue buttons only blinking)
When i push the "go"button, all the blinking Cue's will be activate at one time.
i know you can program this with the effect buttons, but this is not practical during the show.

Please people, let me know if you like this idea, ore ma by i'm the only one who like this :D

Second idea (wish) the fader option in the cue button's like in dashlight and Sunlight. (so you can fade the cue)

Hi, you can already do that with a Live Action button.
1. Add a Live Action Button
2. right click on it and select "Add Cue/Sequence trigger"
3. Add the order you want to trigger your Cue or/and Sequences
4. Now when you enable the Live Action button you will start your Cues and Sequence. What's nice too, it's too add a shortcut or a Midi Note to the live button so you will be able to control everything with one push

For your second idea, you can do it too... right click on the Cue or Sequence button -> Settings -> DMX In Dimmer

Please let me know if I answered your questions
