Elation Platinum spot 5r profile

I just picked up the Elation Platinum Spot 5r.

I have been trying to get on the Elation ssl page on the Lumidesk website to see if the profile is posted but the page wont open.

It just goes to a blank page.

How do I get the profile for these fixtures so I can use these lights?

Good morning Paul.
We found a problem on the system and fixed it.
Now when you click on the Elation Pro item you should see all the profiles
