do you updated the SSL often? i have a Venue Slim Par 64 that is a 7 channel light and having troubles controling it.

where do i find my confirmation number? My Music Pastor is the one that ordered our interface. would it be on and invoice?

ok sucess. Was able to create an account and send you a request for the SSL. I have several of these LED's and all their other ones are a 6 channel. this one is a 7 channel and i'm having all kinds of problems controlling this. thanks in advance for the help
