Hi.

I am looking for some advise before purchasing the wrong thing !

I am looking for a supplier ( preferably in the UK ) who can supply a USB joystick, I am looking for a nice looking unit as apposed to a "PC Gaming" one.
Can anyone offer me some advise on this as this joystick will be seen by my customers and don’t wish them to think I have cobbled something together.

I also need advise on where to get a nice size key panel from that i can attach via the HE10 port I would like a 255 keypad if possible ( ready for expansion )

I guess the best thing to do would be to type USB joystick into google and see what comes up. There are hundreds of products available on the market.

Regarding the switches to connect with the HE-10. These are usually found on electronic component websites. Try the link below...

Thanks for the info - I have done loads of googling and found loads of info on the subject. The reason I asked here is that some joysticks dont work with some software vendors applications, so did not want to waste time or money. I will keep looking and let you know the results. What joystick do you us ?

I don't use a joystick with lumidesk as I find I can set the positions mroe accuratly with a mouse.

In the office we use a logictech joystick, but any USB joystick should work no problem as they are universal .

Thanks for the info, I cant wait for my Lumidesk hardware to turn up so I can start playing with it, I will keep your info to hand when trying to position fixtures.

Hi All.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram to create a 5 pin DMX into 2 X 3 pin Dmx to enable all universes ? OR better still does any one make these connectors ready soldered I can buy ?
