This is the way to do a SSL request :

The procedure for requesting fixture profiles not available in the library has changed. First check the online library below. If you profile is not there, log into your store account at this address http://www.lumidesk.com/logme and select "Fixture library request" from the SSL libraries section and follow the instructions.
