Crsah all channels going to Max

On a number of occasions now I have had LumiDesk (running under Windows Vista) crash sending all channels to maximum level. Lighting has been up to 30 single channel lights on straight fade and up to 30 DMX units most being 4 channels. Crash has been time dependant and durring shows I have work around by shutting down LumiDesk between each scene and restarting (a real pain). Has anybody else experienced this, or have any suggestions?
