HI My interface is not being picked up when I run the latest versions of Lumidesk
I have checked the firmware in tools and it reports my versions is 1.15 the unit is a SIUDI-6A with product code 10000001so it is working as far as the tools and tests
now I can run the test and the channels work but as i have said the unit just will not work in the latest software versions I am having to run version June 11 2013
What is going on here?
Is there a firmware version I can use if so where is it to try?

If you install the current version it should require a driver update. So install the new version of Lumidesk. then go to the tools and apply the driver update. It may or may not require a reboot of your machine after the software installation for it to recognize a driver update.

HI again

OK having been super busy its been ages since I was able to try what was suggested and this is what I have found nothing works having loaded and unloaded several versions of Lumidesk and tried both using TOOLS.EXE and the hardware manager I simply am not given an option to update the Firmware I have tried every USB port allowing each time for the latest USB driver to install and then rebooted the PC nothing will give me an option to update this firmware PLEASE forum members help me.
I i loose this old version of Lumidesk (June 2012) I am running my interface will simply become unusable as I no longer have that install .exe version to use and every version since does not pick up the interface and simply runs in DEMO mode

WHAT :?: DO I DO PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESE help

it sounds like something may be wrong with your interface. If Julian would chime in you may know for sure. Or you can email him at( info at lumidesk dot com )

Hello, if oyu want to use an older version of LumiDesk NANO (6A), LumiDesk LIVE (6C) you will need to use the older version of LumiDesk www.lumidesk.com/download/LumiDesk_2013.exe
If you want to use the latest version you will have to upgrade your product. If you are interested on upgrading your product please contact me directly

Thanks

If your interface is generation 1, you are limited to June 2013 version of Lumidesk. You will need to buy a new interface for current versions of the software to function.
