Lumidesk 13 dec 2010 software crashes

Hi

I am using dec 13th version of lumidesk with the ultimate controller, I am trying to get the midi side of things to work but it keeps crashing the software.

I am using it on a sony vaio - intell 1.7 Ghz cpu with a gig of ram with XP SP3 installed.

Please help if posible as I have a show tomorrow eve !

Firstly I must say Happy new year to you.

Would it be possible for you to have a remote session tomorrow as it just crashes for no reason ( a right pain last night ! )

We did start looking at it a while back as you said it was a XP issue, but we did not take it any further.

Let me know if you can do a remote session so I can get the laptop and lumidesk hardware set up

Simon...if te auto save is on...you will have a crash at the time your selected for the auto save. Disable that feature and the program will run fine.

Thanks for the heads up on this, I will check it out tomorrow I am 90% sure I do have auto save on, Jullien will be having a remote session onto my laptop so hopefully we can get a fix for this.

Will let you know what happens

If it's the autosave, please download the Beta version I already fixed the problem

All downloaded and seams to be quite stable as it has not crashed yet !!
