Hello,
If I make the cable to adapt the second port can I run 2 universes total and Dmx in?

Hello,
Let me rephrase, Can the second port (the five pin port) do 1 dmx in and 1 dmx out at the same time? this would give me a total 2 universes AND 1 dmx in.

Yes you can do this but you will need a splitter DMX cable.
