Lumidesk Crashing

I was at a show this weekend using Lumidesk Ultimate and it crashed several times through the night. My connection is via CAT5 direct to a dedicated router and my PC connects wirelessly to the router.

I've been testing Lumidesk in DEMO mode at my office today and it has been crashing shortly after 40 minutes. My OS is Windows 11 and below are some details from the event viewer.

Is there anyone here to support Lumidesk users? I thinks there's been a lot of changes.
