Problem once updated to Windows 7
Today, I updated our Computer from Windows XP to Windows 7. Once it was completed I reinstalled Lumidesk and opened our saved lighting file. My settings buttons show up but, they appear dim and nothing functions. Please help! I have to have the system up by noon Saturday. Have I missed any steps or ...

This has been fixed. The issue was the micro SD card that came with my Ultimate interface had a sample program on it. That program kicked in automatically each time the software was closed. I removed the card and closed the program, then no lights came on, and the interface readout says "OFF.&q...

Random fixtures come on after I close LumiDesk.
We've been using LumiDesk at our church for two weeks now, but have a constant problem of random fixtures coming on if LumiDesk is closed for any reason. The main problems with this are lekos and par cans plugged into dimmer packs, not intelligent fixtures. How do we get around this problem? Nothing...
