Thank you for the reply. Should I install those drivers prior to installing Lumidesk or should I install Lumidesk first?

I am new to Lumidesk. I was wondering what the correct procedure is to update the firmware in my lumidesk Nano. How do I know if the firmware in my Nano is current? Where do I download the newest firmware, etc? I could not find any instructions regarding updating.
