Hello Matt, that's very weird, do you have any led to indicate that your fixture actually receive the DMX signal ? It might be a DMX signal / frequency compatibility issue too, you can adjust the DMX signal properties by using tools.exe under the LumiDesk folder.

You need to youse "Midi NOTE (Play)" and to make sure you select the midi output on the midi settings under general settings

Hello the crash can be done with a non updated firmware on your interface and using the new software. Please download the latest Beta and update the interface firmware (even if it says it the same version number) with Tools.exe
