Re: mre than 2 color beam
It's possible to add an unlimited amount of beams, however it's not currently possible in the 3D visualizer. We are working on a new visualizer and will be adding an option to display more beams

Re: Problem with Elation Platinum Spot 5 R Profile and Lumid
I was speaking to Jingles about this yesterday, he told me you had posted on the ADJ forum. The "snap to gobos funciton" on the elation fixture cannot stop lumidesk fading the gobo channel. Imagine lumidesk is fading between DMX20 and DMX 100, the fixture has no idea that the fade is going...

Re: Sound trigger vs factory sound active mode
First of all you need to decide how you want the lights to react to the sound. Do you want to use pulse detection? (this is probably the way your fixtures internal sound active mode will work) Do you want to use BPM detection? This uses a very advanced and accurate beat detection algorithm which I h...

Re: Audio Analyzer Crashing
Hi I'm not sure why it should crash so often for you, I have never had it crash before for me. I guess it could be a problem with your sound card? What sound card and OS are you using? The audio analyser is a separate exe so that if it crashes, it does not crash LumiDesk. Press ctrl+shift+esc and st...

Re: Scan library - RGBW fixtures
Hi Pierre The 3D visualiser doesn't support multibeam or RGBW, however this will not affect the output from your fixtures, just your visualisation. At the moment with lumidesk, you must control the white fader manually. New features for automatic white channel adjustment will be available on the nex...

Re: Limudesk Ultimate Add ons
Hi Sy
I don't use a joystick with lumidesk as I find I can set the positions mroe accuratly with a mouse.
In the office we use a logictech joystick, but any USB joystick should work no problem as they are universal .

Re: Hello form a noob
Watch the video tutorials!! They should get you up and running and using advanced features in no longer than an hour.(providing you have some knowledge of how to use a computer and you know what the term DMX means) If they don't then let me know... p.s. LumiDesk has been around for about 3 years and...

Re: Limudesk Ultimate Add ons
Hi Sy I guess the best thing to do would be to type USB joystick into google and see what comes up. There are hundreds of products available on the market. Regarding the switches to connect with the HE-10. These are usually found on electronic component websites. Try the link below... http://www.sto...
