Both rooms that run Lumidesk have their interfaces plugged in when it crashes. We have an ultimate in one of our sanctuary's and the next interface down in a second facility.

I find it crashes the worst when i'm programming my Vari lites which you had to create the personality for me.

same problem when it comes to desktop stopping reacting. I find if I close and open its fine. My problem i'm having is crashing when I save. though i'm finding it doing it when I working with one particular light. I'm having a crash after about every couple of saves and if I don't save for a while it crashes. It is also crashing while trying to reopen after. VERY frustrated right now!!

Ok,

I am having a huge problem with this latest update. When I am programming and go to save it ends up not responding and shutting down. and creates a tempary file on my desk top. Its to the point where it does it if I don't save after every change I make. Is anyone else having this problem?

ok sucess. Was able to create an account and send you a request for the SSL. I have several of these LED's and all their other ones are a 6 channel. this one is a 7 channel and i'm having all kinds of problems controlling this. thanks in advance for the help

I am using a password protection setting, sometimes it opens and sometimes it doesnt. Not sure why though. Its not popping up behind the show its not showing anywhere.

Is there a way that the Live desktop can be locked out so it wont turn on when i'm running a live show? I'm having trouble with it not turning on sometimes and then sometimes it will...any suggestions? thanks!

ok got it all to work what stinks is i modified my Vari lites that i have the zoom doesnt give me control on how big/small i want it...i fixed before the new software kinda by accident now i cant get it back. I will figure this out! i run Vari lits 1000 TS_AS

Oi I'm frustrated, I'm having the same problem...i downloaded the newest version (it was supposed to fix my flash problem) and now i cant get it to read the interface...same problem that mark was having. I had everything going well and now this...frustrated. What to do!!!!!

I'm running the beta and it says october 2011. I've been running it in admin and for the most point it has been stable at least when its live, its more in the desktop functions when i'm editing things and i click on something it doesnt like.

so what version of lumidesk should i be running at this point, I have it on one computer that is only used for lights.

so i checked these settings and it worked once but i'm still getting the flashing. The only difference on my settings is that i have a fade out time on many of them.

did this ever get fixed? i'm having a flash on some simple stage wash settings, no moving lights just washes. I have a fade up and a fade down but i'm still getting a flash.

I am having the same problem, i'm using the newest beta version, Windows 7 and run it on Aministrator. I'm finding if i click something that it doesnt like it just shuts itself off. I cant run a software that is going to just shut down in a middle of a church service...so how do i fix this?
