I have an older lumidesk ultimate dongle that I want to use with windows 10/11 laptop but it is not working. Can anyone help?

I have a sushi dongle that locks up lumidesk on the "hardware" opening screen of program.
windows 10 laptop
older sushi dongle
latest updated lumidesk software.
any help?

my LD ultimate dongle is not being recognized by computer.
also,
I tried to uninstall lumidesk but is did not show up in the control panel list to uninstall?
windows 7 computer and an older ultimate dongle
it used to work fine.

I just picked up the Elation Platinum Spot 5r.

I have been trying to get on the Elation ssl page on the Lumidesk website to see if the profile is posted but the page wont open.

It just goes to a blank page.

How do I get the profile for these fixtures so I can use these lights?
