I saw this on the lumidesk webstore, what is this and when will it be available? Will it work with the existing dmx units?

Can someone advise what was added in this new version, or where to locate the info? I am not able to locate a log with that info in the program. The last entry in the change log was from Dec 2014

I was wondering if there are any plans to update the effects manager in the near term? It looks like the two head fixtures are still not supported in the upgrade, but are supported by other softwares in their new versions along with other new features. Is there any plans to do so in Lumidesk?

?I am trying to confirm if Lumidesk will work with an Akai APC 20 or 40 before spending the cash? I would like to use the Akai unit to trigger scenes rather then to click on them.

midi clock has finally made it to vdj8 in the latest update.

I understand that but what happens if VDJ decides not to add midiclock back in?

I am going to play devil's advocate on this issue.. I noticed under the controller section in VDJ8 there is an entry for LoopBe and I cannot do anything with that. Is there anyway to write something up to recognize the Lumidesk unit as a controller and use the following value that is available in VD...

I was wondering if there is an opportunity to add 8 beats into the software? I was asking so that when moving heads are programmed with macros we could extend the next sequence from 4 beats to 8 beats? It would be great if you could add higher rates as well I believe it would be beneficial.

Midiclock is available in version 7 but in version 8 there are no settings for midiclock and I have even tried and nothing. If you know how to get it to work with VDJ8 please share that info.

I was wondering if there was any work being done to get LumiDesk to work with VDJ8? Doesn't seem like VDJ staff has any concern about adding MidiClock back into the software. They are all in the same Cue and are lined up one next to each other under the same cue, problem is when I click on the cue it only initiates the first one and it stops there does not go to the next one and so on... I have setup 3 second fade ins on each sequence and have auto release unchecked.
