Problems with firmware update

Hey,

I wanted to update my Lumidesk-Live Interface to Firmware SIUD8C 1.08.
When I click "write Firmware" the green LED flashs for a few seconds and then it turns off and the interface is disconnected.
There is the message "No compatible dmx-hardware is connected".
I tried another USB port but still the same problem.
Whitout updating, I can't use the latest version of lumidesk.
I have a LD LIVE, 150213, SIUDI 8C.Version no is 1.07.

Can anyone help me please ?

Your hardware interface may not be compatible with the update. Julian should be able to tell you pretty quick.
