Hi All.
I am trying to work with some Chauvet Q SPOT 560 LED fixtures but cannot get them to show in the 3D visualiser.
Unfortinatly my fixtures are a few hundred miles away so cannot test them on the hardware.
Does anyone else use these fixtures and have the same problem ?
I have tried the SSL that is part of the software and also downloaded the SSL but having the same problem with both.
Any ideas ?
