Problem with Fade

Post by swazae »

I have created an item in Cue List with 9 Cues and each Cue having one Scene. I went into Live desktop and set the sequence to Fade in for 3 seconds, then loop I have set for always loop and unchecked auto release. The problem I have is that when I click on the Cue all the way to the left it plays the first one and that is it, it is not going to the rest of the sequences... What am I doing wrong?

You need to have all sequences in the same cue to easily loop playback. That way clicking on the larger Cue button will play all sequences as programmed. You will need to add fade settings to each sequence on the Live desktop view.

They are all in the same Cue and are lined up one next to each other under the same cue, problem is when I click on the cue it only initiates the first one and it stops there does not go to the next one and so on... I have setup 3 second fade ins on each sequence and have auto release unchecked.

Do you have each sequence set to loop 1 time?

I believe auto release needs to be ON.

That apparently was it...Thank you, it appears the video is outdated and the settings on how to do a fade in a chase have changed....
