Can't detect NANO with Siudi6A

I'm running the latest version of Lumidesk on Windows 8. I can't use the interface, Red and Yellow LED light up, but Green LED never starts blinking fast. What can I do?

Hello, if you have a siudi 6A, you have to use the 2013 version of LumiDesk
www.lumidesk.com/download/LumiDesk_2013.exe
