Urgend request to activate the fade time in the first scene in a sequence

Post by Andy_64 »

Within the live mode it is very important for having the option of activating the fade time for the first scene in a sequence in any case.

Actually in live mode the fade-in time of the first scene in a sequence (short button) is executed only, if the sequence is started via the entire cue (large button).

However, if I activate the sequence directly (without running the entire cue list) as it is described in the manual and as it is applied / necessary, e.g., in stack mode, the fade time is ignored unfortunately.
The bad effects are, e.g., that the lamps abruptly switch to the values of the first scene instead of fading in smoothly as it is specified by the fade time or so much the worse a moving head "jumps" with the highest speed directly to the new p/t position instead of moving slowly according the fade time.

Please solve this issue as soon as possible with the next beta version update!

Thanks a lot in advance

Hello,

In Live mode please right click on the Sequence you would like to add a fade to.
Click on settings.
Click Auto Fade In/Out.
Check Fade IN.
Set time for how long you want it to fade in.
Leave Hold time as is.

Please let me know if this solved the problem.
