Will there ever be a new release of the lumidesk software?

We roll out regular releases for Lumidesk. The latest update was made a few months ago.

Are new updates announced and is there a what's new or change log?

They are not announced. They are released as "Betas". There are no logs available. These updates are minor bug fixes and compatibility updates for new hardware as the software has been out for a few years.

Ok, I bought an Ultimate for more the 400 euro's and I don't get new functions/features or even a working version on Windows 10 (not even in a low resolution?)?

We are working on an upcoming release. The current version just receives minor fixes and patches. The current version works on Windows 10. That is the OS version we use here in the office. Are you having technical issues with the version?

Yes, the display is not correct. I can't even patch fixtures because of the display (patch button is not visable, tried every resolution). When I choose Configuration, General Settings the software crashes.
