USb Dongle 3 universes ?

Hi all, this is mayby a stupid question. I have the ultimate version, and according to the documentation there are 3 universes. I can see two dmx and an old type on the other side of the box. Where is the documentation for this ? I have searched , but I can't find anything. What kind of plug to use and so on. Anyone ?

Okai, the plugs arrived today.....but did it work. A big no, is there more settings other than activating three universes in the hardware ?. Checked the cords going into the plugs and they are ok. i ordred two set of ready made cable for this and they are connected according to the pin layout on the drawing. So what is causing this ?

Did you do the hardware config on the hardware settings in lumidesk?

Yes, I "draw" the lines in the hardware config. Universe 2 works , but not the third universe. Is the pin layout for the 5 pin correct on the drawing ?

Is there anyone with a clever idea on how to get this to work ?

I think there is a mistake in the drawing : inversion between data + and data - ( cold and warm if you prefer)

The drawing mention is this post is wrong. Pin 4 and pin 5 has to be switched. The correct layout will be like this :
Pin 1 = Ground
Pin 2 = Data +
Pin 3 = Data -
Pin 4 = Data +
Pin 5 = Data -
Anyway I resolder my pins and now the third universe is up and running
