Moving live action buttons

Hi, I’ve just installed the latest version and now I’m having problems repositioning the live action buttons. It only seems to be a problem when you’ve got so many that the page has to scroll down. If you add another button it will appear in any space you have at the top, but can’t be moved any further down than the bottom of the original page but not to the scrolled section.
Would it be possible to sort this bug out ?

I don't know if this is connected but I'm also having problems making the Live Action window wider.
Also could anybody point me to where I can find what updates have been made with the latest version ?
