Blackout button not working with Casa CTL-DCM Laser

I am not sure why but when I am in Live mode and a chase sequence is going on, if I hit the master Blackout switch or master fader slider, the laser does not go out.

Hello, can you describe what kind of channels do you have for your laser please ? The blackout / master dimmer only woks on dimmer, rgb, cmy and shutter channels.

DMX Control Parameter Chart
CH 1 MODE 0-49 Close, laser OFF
50-99 Sound active mode
100-149 AUTO mode
150-199 Static patterns of DMX mode
200-255 Dynamic patterns of DMX mode

That's from the manual and I have had my old hardware controller with a blackout button turn off the laser just fine. I don't understand why Lumidesk won't.

It has been awhile since I responded to this forum and I don't remember if I ever submitted the SSL profile for the laser as requested. I can do so again if you like. I have a cross post where the fixture is simply not working right in Lumidesk and I was inquiring if I should just give up on trying to make this fixture work or is there some sort of hotfix or update I can do.
