Remote tab is not active (grayed out)

When Lumidesk is launched with the SuSh- DS plugged in the to PC, the remote tab is not active.

If Lumidesk launched correctly when the SUSHI0DS is unplugged from the PC. I am able to open Easy Remote Designer, create and save a layout, download it to an iPad and control the live scenes interface. (no DMX)
