Second Play Mode
Second Play Mode
Hello,
When you put the Play Button in the Sequence window the programm plays all Scences starting from Scence 1.
Now my question:
Is ist possible to create a second Play Button or an choice button to select two different play modes.
One to start at the beginning (Scence 1) and the other mode (button) to start from the Scence, which is selected at the moment!!!
So it will be easier and faster to check the programmed Scences!!!
Thanks
Chris

Re: Second Play Mode
yes that would be really great, or be able to start play from the scene that is currently selected.
Re: Second Play Mode
I think it's best to review the entire scene for playback review. By clicking the scenes you want you are able to review what you need to see, which is position, gobo, color, shutter. The only thing you miss is fade and wait times.

what if you have a very long sequence and just want to see how the very end came out.
Re: Second Play Mode
I would probably go to the Live panel and press on the last few sequences I wanted to see. It all plays back in the Visualizer.djhitman wrote:CMBDJ wrote:I think it's best to review the entire scene for playback review. Re: Second Play Mode
Yes, with the sequences it's ok.
But what is if I want to see the last scences.
Here it always starts by scence 1, or???

Re: Second Play Mode
Yes it works with the sequence.
But it doesn't work with the scences. There are no scences in Live mode only sequences!!!

Re: Second Play Mode
I guess I don't understand the need to select a scene for playback review when clicking the scenes one at a time confirms your programming. When I'm programming, I always want to playback from the beginning after I verify my changes. But I'm not programming very long scenes or sequences. My use and the targeted use of the program is for DJ use. If you're doing more theatrical or production work, that may require a different software package to better suit your needs. But that's a lot of hassle for a preview that you already have.Chris wrote:Yes it works with the sequence.
