Can't start the 3D view window

When I click on the "Start 3D View Window" box, I get and error message that says "Cannot find OEM" What do I do?

Hi Julien, I am using the Apr 28 2010 version. The CD that came with the box did not have a sleeve on it, and it was so scratched up that I could not read it. I downloaded a version from the website, but it wanted the firmware to be updated. When I ran the update tool, it seemed to complete the update, but when I tried to run the software, it said the firmware still needed to be updated. So I found an older software version on the website that ran with the firmware in the unit, and it worked OK on my other laptop, but I get the OEM error now on this laptop.

Problem solved! Thank you Julien, for remotely accessing my computer and finding an error in the .INI file. View window is working fine now.
