Is it possible to repair a Dongle ? Strange, I used my Dongle one day and worked fine and the next day nothing. If it can be repaired, is it possible for a expedited repair?

I had an issue with mine a loooooong time ago. I sent it in and Julian had it returned in about a week I think....maybe a little more than a week.

What dongle ? do you mean the lumidesk hardware box ?

yes, the hardware box. I have the ultimate version.

Julian any chance you can repair it? I opened up to see if any damage was done to the board and it looks completely fine.
