Hello,

I wanted to update my Lumidesk-Live Interface to Firmware SIUD8C 1.08.
When I click "write Firmware" the green LED flashs for a few seconds and then it turns off and the interface is disconnected.
There is the message "No compatible dmx-hardware is connected".

Has anybody the same problem?

Hello Chris, did you try another USB port? do you still have the problem ?

The problem was solved. The interface was to old.
I have updated to Lumidesk Ultimate.
