Hi All,
All of a sudden my Ultimate dongle won't connect to the laptop, when I plug in the USB cable, only the middle amber LED lights up and the PC doesn't see any USB device. I've tried three USB leads on two laptops, still no joy. This is a brand new dongle and has only been used to do some programming. Anyone got any ideas ? I've got a show next weekend !!!!

Hi everybody

I use this thread befor i open a new one. I have the same problem with our dongle. Only the amber light and no computer accept the dongle

Fortunately my friend have a another dongle that i can install today because the club is open every day

What should i do with the broken one? Is there a way to replace it for a small price because the dongle is older than 3 years
