Saving BPM settings

Hi
When I setup for a pantomime recently I wanted to use the Audio Analysis to trigger changes from one scene to another in one of my sequences.
I setup the sequence to be triggered by BPM then went to BPM settings and set it to Audio Anaylsis.
Then I saved the everything.
After that I closed Lumidesk and opened it again (perhaps at the next rehearsal). After loading the pantomime file I went to live mode and although the sequence is set to be triggered by BPM it's forgotten that it was using audio analysis mode.
Can the ability to save the BPM settings be added to later versions. It's a real pain to have to remember to swich from default BPM (120 beats per minute) to audio analysis every time i run the program.
Also could that information be saved with the Sequence / Cue as sometimes I can envisage that i might have one sequence i want to be triggered by sound (the sound might be live) and another triggered by a fixed BPM rate (which might not be the default BPM speed).
Cheers
