Dragonfly quad patch problems

So here's my problem

I have a pair of equinox dragonfly quads which I'm running in a club. I can get them to pan tilt and get RGB out of them. I can't get them to run white and I can't get them to run the macros using the dmx values on the channel.
My friend has my air dmx and it works on his - complete control.
I'm running the latest beta (official release doesn't work with my hardware)
on windows seven.

Any ideas people?

I've contacted lumidesk but they've been unusually slow to respond.

Resolved. Turned out to be not enough dmx chamnels our end.
