I have a sushi dongle that locks up lumidesk on the "hardware" opening screen of program.
windows 10 laptop
older sushi dongle
latest updated lumidesk software.
any help?

It could be that the version of the firmware installed on the sushi is too old for the software, What is the firmware version installed on the sushi?.
