URGEND: Profiles do not work with new Lumidesk Version

Because the new version (08/11/2018) does not longer support my older interface I was forced to bye a new Ultimate interface for more than €350,- . However now I have the problem that some of the fixture profiles cannot be read by the new version although the corresponding new Scan Library Editor has no problem (error or warning) with these profiles .
It's very annoying because I'm not able to read/start my existing shows with the new version. When Lumidesk tryed to read such a profile it stops / hangs completely during the open / read in procedure of a show.
Ultimate crashed directly when I try to patch the profile as the one an only profile into an empty new show (indepentend on the selected mode).
Any idea how to solve this problem very promtly? Sorry, it is very urgend, becaus I have to master my next shows in the next days.
