Strobe not working

Hi,

I have Lumidesk connected to a set-up beginning with 4x HQpower scanner
and at the end a HQpower strobe .
The Strobe is nr from 1 (channel 1 & 2) and the scanners from 3 onward.

The thing is that the scanners react and work fine, but the strobe doesn't react at all. The DMX light on the strobe is on so it does get a signal.
The strobe does work connected to a seperate dmx controller .

Does anyone have any idea why it would do this or am i missing something very obvious?

Does the strobe work when connected directly to the interface? What other controller did you use when testing the strobe?

Sorry for the late response, but i have not had the strobe connected to the interface on it's own. Only in combination with the scanners.

ok try connecting it directly to the interface and see how it responds. If it responds correctly, then you might have a cable issue or something may be wrong with one of the dmx outputs of the other fixtures. If it does not function correctly when connected directly to the interface, then there may be something wrong with the profile in the software, or there may be something wrong with the interface.
