saving error

Ok,

I am having a huge problem with this latest update. When I am programming and go to save it ends up not responding and shutting down. and creates a tempary file on my desk top. Its to the point where it does it if I don't save after every change I make. Is anyone else having this problem?

Every once and a while I see some sort of exit crash. But not to the point of really being a problem. I'm always able to save.

I'm having a crash after about every couple of saves and if I don't save for a while it crashes. It is also crashing while trying to reopen after. VERY frustrated right now!!

Both rooms that run Lumidesk have their interfaces plugged in when it crashes. We have an ultimate in one of our sanctuary's and the next interface down in a second facility.

I find it crashes the worst when i'm programming my Vari lites which you had to create the personality for me.

What version of the software are you running? March 2013 or June 2013? Or another?

I would try the new beta, or install March or January 2013 if you still have those installation files.

Hello the crash can be done with a non updated firmware on your interface and using the new software. Please download the latest Beta and update the interface firmware (even if it says it the same version number) with Tools.exe
