Hey all. First post be gentle with me. So been working gon lighting rig at my church which is controlled by lumidesk live box. This is there second box. Now... I mean I have dmx fixtures reverting into demo mode or color change after turning off the breaker. I was sure electrical issue . So ran new powerlines for the stage lights. Grounded everything.
Replaced all the messy xlr cables with dmx cables. System worked fine for the morning . Service started everything started flickering then lumidesk box stopped working. Again today same thing except now the live box won't even start up. Started to smell funky ( electrical 2burn) usb wire from pc felt oddly hot.
System is as follows. Lumidesk live box too a dmx splitter. Splitter to stage lights circuit 1 then back to lumidesk live box. ( Splitter because I do have more lights to add but will over do it ) have 23 lights in this circuit. Thurs still 2 more circuits each with about 14lights to them. Plus one more like every for a dimmer pack for some regular can lights. The pc is at least 145feet from Splitter.
Help plz to eliminate something I'm missing. Thx

If the unit smells like burnt plastic and is no longer turning on I suggest you use the provided link to send it in for repairs.
